The performance”To Pass and Continue (Thoughts on Seeds)” is an exploration of the seed as a site of transition, a vessel between dormancy and growth, fragility and persistence. Central to this is an oversized mala-bead glass necklase that is used in a poetic kissing ritual. Each bead is kissed by one of the audience members in order to hang up the necklase again and complete the work.
It Asks questions like: What can we learn from their state of transition? Visitors are invited to an act of faith, contemplating on what it takes to nurture, begin and continue.
