Return Policy


At Lorenarode.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:
-    You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Used, altered, or damaged returns won’t be accepted. Due to the nature of our handmade glass jewelry, personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.


Return Process: 
-    To initiate a return, please contact us at lorode99@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Shipping Costs:
-    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds:
-    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 buisness days.
