Order Processing Time:
- All of our jewelry is handmade and unique. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 -5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Costs:
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Netherlands): 1-5 business days, costs 5 €
- Standard Shipping (EU): 3-7 business days, costs 8 €
- Standard Shipping (world): 7- 10 buissness days, cost 25 €
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
International Shipping:
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing may also cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order online through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays:
- While we aim to ship all orders within the specified timeframe, there may be unforeseen delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if you experience issues with your shipment, please contact us at lorode99@gmail.com so we can assist you in resolving the problem.
Local Pickup :
- We offer local pickup for customers in Rotterdam. You can choose this option during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
